Introverted PMs, how is that?

for pms, the ability to communicate effectively and lead a team is the key to success. however, not all product managers are extroverts or sociable people. the question may arise, if you are an introvert, why go into product management? but that is another question that could be a separate post to discuss.
i believe that introverted pms may approach their role differently than extroverted colleagues. we prefer to work more independently and spend more time planning and analyzing data before presenting it to the team. we are also more comfortable communicating in writing, such as by mail or chat rooms, than we are with rallies and presentations.
but, it's hard for us to connect with people. it's hard to quickly find common ground with a new team member and build a relationship with him or her. it's several one-to-one with a colleague and millions of messages in correspondence.
another difficulty is holding rallies. it's a complicated process, especially if there will be a lot of people at the meeting or if it includes stakeholders. to overcome this problem, we prepare more thoroughly for rallies by devoting a lot of time to pitching.
and the biggest problem is probably the fact that most often after a day of work, where there were a lot of meetings you go out exhausted and do not want to talk to anyone, and at home your family is waiting for you, which also need to give time.
at the end of the day, whether a person is an introvert or an extrovert, what matters is their ability to effectively lead and manage a team. if a person can communicate well, be a leader, analyze, and make informed decisions, they will be able to succeed in their role.
